A few weeks ago, i took the kids (+1) to a farm. I know what you're thinking...a farm in LA? Well, not exactly. We have to drive about an hour north to get to this place. But so worth the drive! Not only do they have trains to play on, animals to feed, but they have the best strawberries (and all sorts of other produce) to pick!
and you can eat as much as you want as you go...yum!
Here at home, I planted a little garden with zucchini and carrots. After months of waiting...still no carrots, but we did get some zucchini. Don't let the size fool you, they tasted awful. I was so disappointed. I also tried my hand at a strawberry plant. That died before it could produce anything. Perhaps we'll stick to the lovely little drive to the farm.

Wow, those are huge zucchini! I think I heard they're supposed to taste better if you pick them when they're much smaller, but I could be wrong. Are you getting so ready to have your baby? I sure am!!
