That's the word I would use to describe this boy. He cannot (or I should say 'does not') go to bed without these three items: his binky, monkey, and blanket. So when we have tried (unsuccessfully) to lose the binky, people will ask, 'so he doesn't have anything else to soothe him?'. Yes, he does. Not that I'm complaining, I think it's rather cute that when I see him first thing in the morning, he's armed. And something else he is attached to is the tiny tag on the blanket. If you squint really hard, you will see that in the photo he is actually playing with it. But the thing is so small, most of the time I have a hard time finding the darn thing (especially in the dark!). As soon as I hand him the blanket, he's asking for the tag. There's more. He's also very attached to his cars. We got him some of the cars from "Cars" for Christmas, and he hasn't been without. The boy cannot go anywhere without his Lightning McQueen, Chick Hicks, and Mister the King. I'm sure other mother's with boys can relate. And he is constantly playing with them. Anywhere there is a flat surface, about his height, you will find him playing with his cars.
Hopefully in a few years I won't be complaining about having to pull him away from all his favorites just to go to school...wish me luck!

Aren't kids so funny. Good luck with the binky thing...when he gets older I've heard of the "binky fairy" where you leave the binky on a tree branch outside and it leaves you a present in exchange. Maybe a car?
Ryley is obsessed with his "Cars" as well. He takes them to bed and he wants the whole set- "Dinoco, Chick, the other blue one, and McQueen." He also has his brown blanket, you probably remember it, the one he had in June at D- Land and from birth, as well as his 8 binky's. What to do... Which do you take away first??? Ryley and Clark would really hit it off in their toddler years!
Boys are funny about their "things." We just gradually had to take Carson's pacifier away. He was only allowed to have it when he slept. Then he was only allowed to have it when he napped. Then he stopped napping and wouldn't you know, those pacifiers just disappeared. And don't even get me started on Cars!
Every now and then Brody will do something that reminds me of Clark! I thought that was interesting!
Keep posting stuff like this i really like it
