Happy Memorial Day!

Our day started out with a little hike to the top of
a really big hill.



(This is how we roll when going for a stroll.)


Next we set off to a really nice Bar-B-Que put on by a guy from
Andy's work.

Audrey really enjoyed the company.

Clark really enjoyed the bounce house.

And Grace really enjoyed the pool.

Audrey is now rethinking that first comment.
(not really, she loved every moment:)

someone in our household lost a tooth.
correction:
teeth.

was it this little guy?
guess again.

him?
nope.
keep trying...

that's right.
our very own gracie girl
is sporting a new smile
minus 2 teeth.

and this little girl
is making up for the 2 lost teeth
with 2 teeth of her own

but believe me they are there)

CHEESE!!!

let's be honest...

I love my kids.
But I would not have them without this guy's help.
Thanks to him, I was able to sleep in a bit yesterday, then eat breakfast in bed.

He is a grill master.
I request his grilling skills any chance I can get. That included yesterday.
I requested chicken. It was delicious.
He was the one to also clean up dinner and bathe the kids.
He even put them to bed.

I absolutely LOVE being a mom,
but it is great when I get a bit of break.
The best part...
he helps out year round:)
