easter is upon us

We took the kids to an easter egg hunt this last weekend. The city in which we live had several egg hunts @ different parks, which made for less people. Fabulous idea! And not only did they have the egg hunt, the easter bunny showed up (Grace's least favorite part:), a few arts & crafts, and relay races.

Later on that day Andy had his first softball game (through work). It was pretty fun to watch, and Clark was a great cheerleader for his dad. Go Andy (and team)!

Christa is the best neighbor! From the moment we moved here, I have been playing catch-up to try and do nice things for her (on our first night here she made us a pizza and brought a bunch of paper products), but she always seems to beat me to the punch! It's because of her I was able to endure our move here. She is heaven sent!
Thanks Christa for everything you do for me...from making delicious (and healthy) treats, keeping me company while our husbands play war, giving me sage medical advice, getting me buff (and up at the crack of dawn:), and being a great friend!

how did i get here?

so...not as cute, not as funny, not as artistic, nor as smart...

but,nonetheless, i somehow find myself here, on the amazing blogsite of my AWESOME neighbor, MELISSA EREKSON!!!!
seriously, folks, she rocks!!!she cancelled a trip, the morning of, to stay home and take care of me after i managed to hurt my knee playing soccer.

how many of your neighbors would do that???
the most difficult part of her job was taking care of my many small blessings...here they are...what an amazing blessing she is to my life!
perhaps that is why i ended up here..on her blog, while i was trying to post some pics on mine!
